Ihsan Ozgen (lyre of Istabul, cello, tanbur) was in the forefront of the movement to bring art music of the Ottoman period to a new audience with the Bosphorus Ensemble. Previously unreleased materials as well as a selection of his most significant recordings make up a unique portrait of one of the most open-minded and significant Turkish masters of the 20th century.
