Θεοδωρίδου, Δανάη
Danae Theodoridou is a performance maker and researcher based in Brussels. She studied literature and linguistics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and acting at the National Theatre of Northern Greece. She completed her PhD in dramaturgy of contemporary theatre and dance at Roehampton University in London. Over the last few years, her artistic work has focused on the notion of social imaginaries and political alternatives. At the same time, Danae teaches at Fontys University of Applied Sciences and at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki; she curates practice-led research projects and presents and publishes her research work internationally. She was the co-creator of Dramaturgy at Work (2013-2016) and the co-author of The Practice ofDramaturgy: Working on Action in Performance (Valiz, 2017). For more information: www.danaetheodoridou.com
